Yes, our beds do require assembly. They can be assembled alone but you will have a quicker and easier time with an extra set of hands! It should take less than 15 minutes to assemble.

Slowly introduce your dog to their bed by first allowing them to sniff around and check it out on their own. Do not force them! It may take a few days for them to adjust and familiarize themself with it.

If your dog damages their bed beyond use or compromises its structural integrity within 120 days of delivery, we’ll provide a one-time store credit to replace it.

Any damage attributed to grooming negligence or aggressive behavior, such as deliberately chewing, digging, or scratching caused by long nails or puppy teeth is not covered under the warranty.

Our beds are super easy to clean! Keep the bed assembled. Spot clean using warm, soapy and water with a sponge or cloth for minor dirt. For more significant soiling, hose down the bed outdoors. Do not use harsh chemicals that may damage the bed or harm your pet.

We do not recommend this bed for dogs that excessively dig or chew. While our dream is to get every dog on an elevated bed, some aren't meant for one of ours at the moment.
